Aakankshya Dhakal

Aakankshya Dhakal is currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at LSU AgCenter since August 2022. Previous experience includes an internship at Holistic Hygiene International in July 2021 and a role as an Internship Trainee at Sitaram Dairy Milks in late 2020, focusing on microbiological analysis and quality management in milk processing. Aakankshya holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Louisiana State University, expected to be completed in August 2024. Additionally, Aakankshya earned a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from VIT Vellore Institute of Technology in 2022, with plans to pursue a PhD in Food Science and Technology at Louisiana State University from August 2024 to August 2027.
