Kelly Hobbs, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Kelly currently serves as the HR Manager at Liberty Hardware and previously held the position of Human Resources Director at LT Apparel Group. Prior to these roles, Kelly worked at Hanesbrands Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they led a team of HR managers and professionals supporting distribution facilities and a corporate call center. Kelly also served as the Human Resources Manager at Key Risk and Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro. Additionally, Kelly worked at The Budd Group as a Human Resources Generalist and Employee Relations Advisor, as well as at Walmart in various positions including Divisional Learning & Development Manager, Store Manager, Co Manager, and Assistant Manager. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR leadership, policy development, recruitment, legal compliance, employee relations, and training and development.

Kelly Hobbs received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Averett University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2013 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Kelly obtained several certifications. In February 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
