Ayush Dadhich

Ayush Dadhich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digitization and project management. Currently serving as Chief Manager for Digitization at L&T Finance since July 2021, Ayush oversees the Business Rule Engine, integrations with third-party APIs, and manages BureauOne and vendor teams. Prior to this role, Ayush was a Project Lead Implementation at Infosys Ltd, where responsibilities included leading implementations for financial clients across multiple regions. Ayush also held leadership positions in Blooming Beacon, ASME, and various engineering associations during academic tenure. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology from SRM IST Chennai, a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, and a diploma in Industrial and Product Design from CADD Centre.
