Shailesh Patel

Shailesh Patel is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and collection strategies, currently serving as the Head of Collection Strategy for Farm Equipment Finance at L&T Financial Services since September 2019. In this role, Shailesh is responsible for managing soft and hard collections across various customer segments within Rural Finance, demonstrating proven expertise in managing large teams across diverse geographies and cultures. Prior to this position, Shailesh worked at Citicorp Finance India Limited from September 2005 to September 2019 as AVP of Collections, specializing in business planning analysis and budgeting, and overseeing financial reporting to business units. Shailesh holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
