Gus Castillo

Gus Castillo currently serves as the Group Engineering Manager and Plant Manager at LT Foods Americas since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Lawler Foods, Ltd. as Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Superintendent from September 2014 to July 2021, overseeing the maintenance department of a cheesecake manufacturing facility. From October 2008 to August 2014, Gus held several positions at Schwan's Global Supply Chain, Inc., including Refrigeration Manager/PSM Coordinator and Project Coordinator, managing refrigeration operations and capital projects across multiple facilities. Earlier experience at Schwan's also included roles as Electrical Superintendent and Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on electrical and maintenance operations for manufacturing facilities. Gus holds education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and San Jacinto College, along with studies at Texas A&M University.
