Vinod Kalra

Vinod Kalra has held various roles and positions throughout their work experience. Vinod started their career as an Engineer in Production and Maintenance at L T Foods Limited in 2002. Vinod then moved on to become a Sr. Manager - Operations at R H Agro Overseas Pvt Ltd in 2006, where they led the Technical Operations, Production, and Maintenance teams. After that, they joined KRBL Limited as the Head of Project and Engineering in 2015, where they handled a greenfield project. In 2016, they became the Head of Operations and Maintenance at Kohinoor Foods Ltd, overseeing manufacturing unit operations. Finally, in 2018, they joined L T Foods Limited again as the Head of Manufacturing, leading the factory operations of a joint venture with Kameda Seika.

Vinod Kalra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University between the years 1998 and 2002. Vinod later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations & International Business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2004 to 2006. In 2015, they obtained a Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Anexas Consulting.
