Gunjan Khandekar is a Senior Engineer at L&T Realty, involved in two active residential high-rise projects in Mumbai and Noida since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gunjan worked as an Engineering and Design Intern at L&T Realty, where responsibilities included generating sales dockets and remodeling RFPs. As an Intern Lead at Sustain and Save Pvt. Ltd., Gunjan managed a team of 30 interns in developing a business plan and advocating for sustainable lifestyles through research on Circular Ecology. Earlier experience includes an internship at Peshave And Associates, where Gunjan finalized corporation drawings and contributed to the design of a residential project. Gunjan holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
