Purvi Sharma

Purvi Sharma is currently the DGM - L&OD, PMS, DEI, Talent Management COE at L&T Realty, where Purvi heads the Learning & Organizational Development, Performance Management System, Talent Management, and Incentive schemes for the company. Purvi also has experience as an AGM in Learning & Organizational Development at L&T Heavy Engineering, where Purvi led L&OD for the company. Prior to that, Purvi has held various HR roles at the company and has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Purvi holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Masters in Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
