Jenny McAneny-Vincent

Jenny McAneny-Vincent currently serves as the Head of Competition at the LTA, focusing on making tennis more relevant, accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for all. Prior to this role, Jenny held several key positions at the British Triathlon Federation, including Head of Participation, GO TRI Strategic Lead, and National Open Water Development Manager, where responsibilities ranged from leading participation programs to developing strategies for open water swimming. Jenny's earlier experience includes serving as the National Lead for Women's Participation at Triathlon England and as the South East Regional Manager, where efforts centered on enhancing participation opportunities and event quality. Educationally, Jenny earned a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE in Physical Education from the University of Birmingham.
