Anoop Thomas

Anoop Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in Salesforce. Currently serving as Principal Director at LTIMindtree since November 2020, Anoop has held multiple senior roles including Senior Director and Program Director within the Salesforce Practice, leading the Salesforce Functional Consulting Center of Excellence. Prior to LTIMindtree, Anoop spent a decade at Cognizant, where key responsibilities included serving as a Senior Manager in CRM consulting, focusing on the transition of product innovation management solutions to the Force.com platform. Anoop's early career included a managerial role at Bajaj Finance overseeing centralized credit and operations, and an analytical position at Cognizant Technology Solutions working on the TimesPoints Web Commerce portal. Anoop holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
