Sajal Gupta

Sajal Gupta is a seasoned executive in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector, currently serving as the Delivery Unit Head for BFSI Europe at LTIMindtree since September 2019. Sajal has a strong track record of leadership in delivering governance and operational excellence across Europe and Africa, while managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative market strategies. Previously, Sajal held roles such as Global Vice President at LTIMindtree, Director of Business Transformation at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and AVP at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, where responsibilities included overseeing large portfolios, leading technology transformations, and driving significant business growth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and an MBA in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, along with various certifications in ITIL, PRINCE2, and Lean Six Sigma.
