Isabella Meng has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Isabella started their career at 2BE Entertainment as the Head of Event/Booking from September 2005 to March 2010. Following this, they worked at Bauchklang Gesbr as the Personal Management from September 2009 to March 2014. Isabella then freelanced as a Musicmanager at Monkey Music Vienna from January 2010 to March 2014. Subsequently, Isabella joined VICE Media, where they held roles as the Channel Manager (Music) from April 2014 to January 2016 and as the Senior Sales Manager from January 2016 to February 2018. Isabella then served as the Head of Business Development at Load Studios from March 2018 to June 2019. Isabella further expanded their career as the Business Development Austria at ShowHeroes from July 2019 to February 2020. Currently, they are working at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) and has held positions as the Country Manager Germany from March 2020, Country Manager DACH from February 2021, and their current position as the Head of Brand Partnerships DACH from November 2021.

Isabella Meng has studied Angewandte Volkswirtschaftslehre (Applied Economics) at Freie Universität Berlin. Isabella also pursued a degree in Digitale Kommunikation und Medien/Multimedien (Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia) at Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences.
