Joshua Kotansky

Joshua Kotansky has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Joshua is currently working as an Engineering Manager at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) starting in December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Olive as a Senior Technical Product Manager and a Technical Program Manager from August 2021 to December 2022. Joshua also served as a Team Captain from October 2020 to August 2021 and as a Senior Data Engineer from July 2020 to October 2020 at Olive.

Before joining Olive, Joshua was a Senior Software Engineer at Blackboard from March 2020 to July 2020. Joshua previously held the role of Software Engineer at Blackboard from April 2018 to March 2020.

Early in their career, Joshua worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Meta42 from September 2016 to April 2018.

Joshua Kotansky completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Strategy at the University of Baltimore from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has also earned certifications in Product-led from Pendo.io in August 2022 and Cloud Architecture: Advanced Concepts from LinkedIn in January 2020.
