Beth Vakevainen

Beth Vakevainen has extensive work experience in project management and system engineering. Beth worked as a Senior Consultant at LTS since February 2019. Prior to that, they served as an Agile Project Manager at Datex Corporation from January 2018 to July 2018. From January 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Agile Project Manager at Planned Systems International. Beth also held positions as a Project Manager at Checkpoint Technologies from May 2014 to December 2014, and as a Project Manager at Venatore from October 2012 to March 2014. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at Pricewaterhouse Coopers from October 2011 to August 2012 and as the Manager of Quality Assurance at Venatore LLC from March 2011 to October 2011. Beth gained experience in server management engineering and various technical tasks as a Server Management Engineer on the Joint Mission Support Operations team at SAIC from April 2009 to March 2011. Beth also has experience as a Support System Administrator at BST Global from July 2008 to April 2009 and as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Veredus from January 2008 to February 2008.

Beth Vakevainen holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science and Marketing from Tri-State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from The Braintrust Consulting Group in December 2016 and November 2016, respectively. Beth also holds certifications in Agile Project Management Essentials, Introduction to IP Project Management - PROJ0351, and Leading an Agile Team, all obtained in January 2015. Beth further obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in Security+ from CompTIA in March 2011, ITIL v.3 from EXIN, VSP 5 from VMware, and VTSP 5 from VMware.
