Jerry L Fenwick, MD, FAAEM has extensive work experience in various medical leadership roles. Jerry L currently serves as the Medical Director at 660 IV Health and 417 HEALTH & WELLNESS. In addition, they are a Board Member for Patriot Support Services at UHS.

Prior to their current roles, Dr. Fenwick held the position of Chief Medical Officer for International and Disaster Medicine at LTS, and they were also the Chief Executive Officer at Marshall Creek Medical Consulting.

Dr. Fenwick has a strong background in the military, having served in the United States Air Force as the Air National Guard Assistant to the Surgeon General and as the Director of the Office of the Joint Surgeon at the National Guard Bureau. Jerry L also held medical roles in various commands within the Air Mobility Command/U.S Transportation Command and Pacific Air Forces.

Before their military service, Dr. Fenwick worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician for Springfield Emergency Physicians at CoxHealth.

In addition to their medical career, Dr. Fenwick has served as the State Air Surgeon for the Missouri Air National Guard.

Jerry L. Fenwick, MD, FAAEM completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Virginia Tech from 1982 to 1984. Jerry L then attended Eastern Virginia Medical School, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued an Internship in General Surgery at Wm Beaumont Army Medical Center from 1988 to 1989. Afterward, Fenwick completed a Residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center from 1991 to 1994.
