Kristina Tregenza

Chief People Officer at LTS

Kristina Tregenza has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Their most recent role was as Chief People Officer at LTS, where they focused on delivering IT systems integration and program management services to Federal agencies. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent & HR Technology at Enviva, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and HR technology. Tregenza also worked at The AES Corporation, where they held various global HR leader roles and was recognized for successfully executing HR transformation and strengthening the bench of senior leader successors. Kristina also designed and developed global compensation programs across multiple regions and played a key role in global talent management strategies. In addition, Tregenza gained HR experience at Valeo and Panasonic USA earlier in their career.

Kristina Tregenza began their education at the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Kristina continued their education by pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami University from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tregenza has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they completed The Leadership Challenge Certificate of Completion from International Leadership Associates. In 2013, they obtained the Accountability Experience Train the Trainer certification from Linda Galindo/Wiley. Finally, in 2014, Tregenza obtained the Leading Strategic Growth Certificate of Completion from Columbia University in the City of New York.
