Tina Köhler

Tina Köhler has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tina currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at LTS Licht & Leuchten GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this, Tina worked as an HR Business Partner at Kantar from October 2019 to September 2022. Tina also served as an HR Business Advisor at PwC from December 2016 to September 2019. Before that, Tina worked as an HR Advisor at ISG (Information Services Group) from October 2013 to November 2016. Tina began their career as an HR Administrator at Deutsche Bank Group I HR Solutions in April 2013. Tina has also gained experience as a Marketing Researcher / Supervisor as a freelancer from February 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Team Assistant (Intern) at promotion union GmbH in October 2012, and as a PR Assistant (Intern) at Kulturmaschinen Verlag from September 2009 to January 2010.

Tina Köhler's education history includes a Diploma in Social Sciences from Goethe University Frankfurt, which they obtained from 2004 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Obermayr Business School in cooperation with ILS, where they pursued HR Management studies. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they attended ICO Institut für Coaching und Organisationsberatung to specialize in Systemic Organizational Consulting & Change Management.
