Jalaja Menon

Jalaja Menon currently serves as the Head of Product Business for L&T Technology Services since August 2023. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Jalaja held various leadership roles at 3M from December 2011 to March 2023, including Executive Director of the Technology Centre of Excellence and Vice President of Lean Six Sigma & Business Transformation. Previous experience includes positions at RSP as Associate Director of Business Development, at Larsen & Toubro as Senior Manager of Contracts, and at Standard Chartered Bank as Project Manager. Jalaja's early career featured roles as a Civil Engineering Professional in various organizations. Academic qualifications include an Executive General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech (Honors) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
