Rajesh Kumar Reddy Appal is a professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Lead (Senior Mechanical Engineer) at L&T Technology Services since May 2013, focusing on innovation product development for Eaton Corporation. Rajesh has held various roles, including Senior Mechanical Engineer and Sr. Technical Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed the design and development of residential electrical products, cab design for rotary drills, and involvement in new product introduction and design reviews. Prior experience includes positions at Dell and Axis IT&T, contributing to machine-level BOM organization, engineering design for oil filter systems, and large mining truck components.
