Waithera Irungu (She/her)

Waithera Irungu is a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at LTVplus since January 2022, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for both Technical and Non-Technical roles. Prior experience includes roles at M-KOPA, Arifu, and as a Human Resources Manager in a family business, among others, gaining expertise in recruitment, selection, and HR management. Waithera has received multiple awards for excellence in talent acquisition, including Rising Star in Q1 2022 and Best Quality TA in Q3 and Q4 of the same year. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from Strathmore University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management.
