Philip Van Mersbergen has a extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Philip started their career as an Assistant Controller at MidWestOne Bank in 1996 and held that position until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Community 1st Credit Union, and later served as the President and CEO of the same organization from 2011 to 2013. Philip then joined Smith Fertilizer & Grain as a Controller from 2015 to 2018.
