Ryan Richardson is currently the Assistant Vice President of Ag & Commercial Loans at Luana Savings Bank. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an Assistant Vice President/Bank Branch Manager - Loan Officer at Pilot Grove Savings Bank. With experience in establishing new branches and managing agricultural and commercial loan portfolios, Ryan has a strong background in the financial industry. Before transitioning into banking, Ryan worked as a Farm Support at Porter Farms and as a Sergeant at Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. Ryan also gained experience as a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo, specializing in Business and Farm Loans. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
