Rachael Mthiko is a seasoned laboratory technician with extensive experience at the University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture, and LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, both since February 2011. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Lilongwe University of Agricultural and Natural Resources, obtained between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Diploma in Food Nutrition and Livelihood Security from Natural Resources College, completed from 2007 to 2009.
