Tom Brummett

Tom Brummett currently serves as a Judge for Lubbock County since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tom worked for the Lubbock County District Attorney's Office from March 2003 to January 2023, where Tom held the position of Assistant District Attorney and was the Chief of the Misdemeanor Division, specializing in Intoxication Offenses. Earlier in Tom's career, a position as Music Manager was held at Hastings Entertainment from 1996 to 1998. Tom Brummett earned a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 1999 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Texas Tech University from 1989 to 1996, following secondary education at Gregory-Portland High School, graduating with honors in 1989.
