Carolyn Rowley, CEcD currently serves as the Director of Retention & Innovation at Lubbock Economic Development Alliance. With a solid background in economic development, Carolyn has experience in recruiting new businesses, managing business relocation projects, and strengthening entrepreneurship ecosystems. Prior to their current role, Carolyn held positions at Southwest Plastic Surgery Center, Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, and Dallas Regional Chamber. Carolyn holds a BA in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
