Karen Foot

Karen Foot has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people management. Karen is currently working as the Head of People at Lubbock Fine since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Curzon Consulting as a People & Ops Manager / HR Consultant from November 2018 to March 2021. Before that, they held the position of HR Manager at Turner & Townsend from February 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, they served as the Head of HR Services at Blick Rothenberg Global Business Services from October 2013 to February 2016, where they provided clients with a range of HR solutions including senior recruitment and employee engagement.

Karen Foot completed their undergraduate education from 1996 to 2000 at the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies.
