Katie Hines has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Since 2017, they have been working at Lube-Tech, where they have held various leadership positions. Katie began as the Director of Channel Marketing, where they restructured teams and improved pricing strategies. Katie then became a Senior Director of Marketing, leading branding initiatives and creating market share analysis processes. Katie later served as the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for managing the enterprise growth strategy and overseeing branding and communications efforts. Currently, Katie is the Chief Growth Officer at Lube-Tech, where they lead multiple teams in driving strategic growth and fostering a people-first culture.

Prior to Lube-Tech, Katie worked at G&K Services from 2005 to 2017. Their roles included Marketing Analyst, Marketing and Product Management Senior Manager, Commercial Manager, and General Manager of the Purchased Apparel business segment. Katie achieved significant revenue and operational improvement in their roles, leading successful marketing campaigns and implementing new business models.

Katie Hines pursued their education at the University of St. Thomas from 2001 to 2005. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management and Financial Management. Later, from 2008 to 2011, Katie attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing Management.
