Juliette Hill

Juliette Hill currently serves as the Chief People Officer at BAI Communications, a role held since April 2019, after previously working as Director of People & Culture and HR Business Partner at the same company. Juliette's experience includes serving as a Board Member for PYT I Fairfield and HR Business Partner at the Sydney Opera House. Prior roles also feature National HR Business Partner at General Pants Co. and HR Consultant at SBS Australia, in addition to academic tenure at Gifu University in Japan as an International Business Student. Juliette holds a Bachelor of Organisational Learning and a Bachelor of International Studies (Japanese Language and Culture) from the University of Technology Sydney, along with HR Inspire certification from The Next Group.
