Michelle Brakke

Michelle Brakke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michelle began their career at Benz Oil Inc in 1998 as a Senior Development Chemist, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Condat Corporation as the North Central Regional Account Representative and later became the Market Manager for Metalworking and Tube&Pipe. In 2016, Michelle Brakke joined Lube-Tech as the Manager of Industrial and Distribution Product Development. Michelle then progressed to become the Director of Enterprise Quality and Product Development before assuming their current role as the Vice President of Operational Excellence, which they have held since September 2022.

From 1995 to 1999, Michelle Brakke attended Cardinal Stritch University, where they pursued a degree in Chemistry with a focus on Mathematics.
