Elio Khoury

Elio Khoury is an accomplished construction manager currently leading site supervision for WIGWE University at Lubrik Construction Company since October 2021, overseeing a workforce of over 2,500 and enhancing on-site productivity through strategic leadership. Previously, Elio served as a project engineer for SABIS Educational Systems, where responsibilities included managing school campus projects, and as a site engineer with SABIS®, focusing on construction safety and various engineering tasks. Early career experience includes a trainee role at Bureau d’etudes Rodolph Matar, where structural design for HOSHAR Tower was undertaken, and an internship at Petrofac Emirates LLC, concentrating on structural design in the oil and gas sector. Elio holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Sunderland and an engineering diploma in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University.
