Christine Riley

Christine Riley has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and talent management roles.

Christine currently holds the position of Director, Global Talent Acquisition at The Lubrizol Corporation since March 2023. In this role, they have successfully centralized all recruitment and post-offer onboarding activities for North America sites, defined an executive recruiting strategy and process, and led global cross-functional HR workstream to define the ideal global recruiting process.

Prior to Lubrizol, Christine worked at Forest City as the Director of Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they collaborated cross-functionally to assist the business in achieving objectives through effective programs and processes related to talent acquisition, onboarding, competencies, talent reviews, training and development, and leadership development.

From 2005 to 2016, Christine worked at Diebold, where they held various talent management roles. Christine served as a Senior Manager of Global Talent, Manager of Staffing and Talent Management, Talent Management Analyst, Talent Acquisition Analyst, and Staffing Coordinator. In these roles, they collaborated cross-functionally to help the business achieve strategic talent management objectives, managed teams with budgets, and successfully rolled out performance management processes and systems.
