María Arraiza-Monteux

María Arraiza-Monteux has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. María'smost recent position was as a Senior Director of Global Supply Chain - Additives at The Lubrizol Corporation since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Supply Chain Director at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. from July 2022 to April 2023, where they led S&OP deployment and customer service operations for the Advanced Materials division. Before that, they served as a Director of S&OP - Global at Meggitt from August 2019 to July 2022, overseeing a planning team in the Braking Systems business. María also held various supply chain roles at Arconic and DuPont, where they managed teams, assessed and improved S&OP processes, and implemented supply chain best practices. María has expertise in organizational development, continuous improvement, and project management.

María Arraiza-Monteux holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. María has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Integrated Scenario Planning and Master Scheduling from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. In addition, they are a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and has certification in Contract Management from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM). María also holds certifications in SCOR-P from the Supply Chain Council and Six Sigma, including Master Black Belt and Black Belt, from DuPont.
