From there, they joined Avecia Specialty Chemicals as a Plant Manager and later transitioned to The Lubrizol Corporation. At Lubrizol, Mark held various positions including Global Process Technology Manager, Director of Quality, and Director of Global Operations. Mark then served as the Senior Director of Operations before being promoted to their current role as Vice President of Global Operations. Mark's experience spans over two decades and showcases their expertise in overseeing plant operations, managing global processes, and ensuring quality standards.
Mark Cain has a PhD in an unspecified field from the University of Leeds, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university, achieved from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Mark is a Chartered Chemist, certified by the Royal Society of Chemistry in 1994.
