Mark Cain has a solid background in operations and management. Mark began their career in 1997 as an R&D Chemist at Nufarm before moving on to become a Plant Manager. From there, they joined Avecia Specialty Chemicals as a Plant Manager and later transitioned to The Lubrizol Corporation. At Lubrizol, Mark held various positions including Global Process Technology Manager, Director of Quality, and Director of Global Operations. Mark then served as the Senior Director of Operations before being promoted to their current role as Vice President of Global Operations. Mark's experience spans over two decades and showcases their expertise in overseeing plant operations, managing global processes, and ensuring quality standards.

Mark Cain has a PhD in an unspecified field from the University of Leeds, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997.
