Meredith S.

Meredith S. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Meredith started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Forum Health in 2004. Meredith then moved on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Affiliated Computer Services from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Applied Industrial Technologies as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist. Meredith then worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Avery Dennison in 2012. From 2013 to 2022, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at CCL Industries, a global leader in specialty packaging. In 2022, they joined IDEXX Corporation as the Director of Global Human Resources, and in 2023, they assumed the same role at The Lubrizol Corporation.

Meredith S. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Youngstown State University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Meredith then pursued a Masters of Public Administration in Public Management at Cleveland State University between 2008 and 2010. In 2011, Meredith obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from John Carroll University. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2021. Meredith also holds certifications as a Certified DDI Facilitator, and in Effective Meetings and Lean Deployment Leadership from Kent State University.
