Michael Miller

Michael Miller currently serves as Chief IP Counsel at The Lubrizol Corporation, a position held since June 2017, having previously been Senior IP Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP from February 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included preparation and prosecution of patent applications, drafting legal opinions, and managing client patent portfolios. Prior to that, Michael worked as IP Counsel at LANXESS Corp. from September 2006 to January 2014 and held attorney positions at PPG Industries and Watts Hoffmann Co LPA. Michael Miller earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
