Rich Nodar

Rich Nodar has held several HR leadership positions throughout their career. Rich first worked at Penton Media Inc as a Manager of Human Resources, where they partnered with management on personnel issues and policy implementation. Rich then joined KeyBank as the Vice President & Manager of Leadership Practices, overseeing the design and implementation of leadership processes. Next, they served as the Human Resources & Employee Relations Manager at McMaster-Carr, where they focused on improving performance and employee morale. At Lubrizol Additives, they worked as a Global HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders and coordinating with regional HR partners. Rich later became the Director of Human Resources at LSPI, where they managed various HR services and programs. Nodar then held the role of Senior Director at Lubrizol, first overseeing HR technology, systems, and analytics, and later leading global HR leveraged services. Overall, Nodar has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, employee relations, and program management.

Rich Nodar holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Interpersonal Communication at Ohio University from 1989 to 1993. In addition, Rich Nodar has the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, which was obtained in 2003.
