Shillpa Chabria

Shillpa Chabria currently serves as the Human Resources Director for India, Middle East, and Africa at The Lubrizol Corporation, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Shillpa held multiple leadership positions at thyssenkrupp from October 2020 to July 2024, including Director of Human Resources for OSHE, Administration & CSRO, and Director of Human Resources for India. At Eaton, from June 2019 to October 2020, Shillpa was the Head of Human Resources for the Hydraulics and Vehicle Business within the Industrial Sector in India.
