The current executive team at Luby's has a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. The Chief Operating Officer previously worked at Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants, LLC, and the Division Vice President comes from a background in Luby's Culinary Services. The Executive Director of Operations used to work for ARAMARK, and the District Manager of Corporate Accounts has experience with Prince Food Systems. All members of the team have received a business education, with the majority coming from Louisiana State University.
