Tobias Hamann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tobias most recently worked at luca App - culture4life as a Teamlead Projektmanagement / Key Account since March 2021. Prior to that, they were involved in the market launch of the luca App from November 2020 to March 2021. Tobias also worked at neXenio as a Digital Projektmanager and Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to June 2020, supporting companies in designing and developing secure and simple solutions. Before that, Tobias worked as an IT Project Manager Trainee at Österreichische Post AG from October 2018 to July 2019. Tobias completed their Master Thesis at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in October 2016, where they focused on methodically supporting an innovation process and conceptualizing a yoga mat cleaning machine. Prior to that, they gained experience at Mercedes-Benz Vertrieb Deutschland through roles such as student assistance, completing their Bachelor Thesis on the analysis and evaluation of the German service market for Mercedes-Benz trucks, and an internship involving competitive analysis and project coordination. Tobias also worked as a student assistant at Hasomed GmbH and as a postman at Deutsche Post. Tobias completed an internship at Grand Hyatt Berlin.

Tobias Hamann completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal from 2011 to 2015. Tobias then pursued a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2015 to 2016. In 2008, Tobias obtained a certification in Existenzgründungswoche from mpr Unternehmensberatung.
