A recent addition to the Lucas Group family, Randy Marmon brings a distinguished 30-year career in human capital management to the Atlanta-based executive recruiting firm. With a demonstrated ability to accelerate growth and profitability in existing businesses and to create innovative business models that optimize productivity, Randy has taken the helm at Lucas Group during a pivotal moment in the company’s story. While celebrating 50 years of rich history in the recruitment industry, Lucas Group is principally looking toward the future, acutely positioned for growth and transformation.

It’s this forward-seeking mindset and assertiveness in approach that drew Randy to Lucas Group in 2019. From his first staffing position in the early 1990s to his current role as Lucas Group’s President and CEO, Randy has embraced the waves of technological changes and ever-shifting trends in the human capital marketplace. Randy has always understood that how companies and candidates engage one another will continually evolve, but the why remains unchanged.

Following a distinguished two-decade tenure with staffing firm, Kforce, and more recently, a series of successful engagements as a strategic consultant and executive advisor, Randy composed a clear understanding of the type of firm he’d be willing to join. As only the third President and CEO in Lucas Group’s five-decade history, Randy was immediately drawn to the well-respected and seasoned recruiting professionals who fill the firm’s offices nationwide.

Randy holds a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida. He and his wife currently reside, relax, and recharge on the beautiful shores of Lake Oconee, located 70 miles outside of Atlanta.
