Andrea Antinarelli

Andrea Antinarelli is an experienced manufacturing professional with a diverse background in operations management and project leadership. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Lucas Milhaupt since March 2019, Andrea has held multiple roles including Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager. Prior experience includes Special Operations/Project Manager at VIBCO Vibrators, where Andrea contributed to project execution and the migration of company reporting systems, and a Contract Consultant role at Realization Services, focusing on operational analysis and restructuring. Andrea also held the position of VP Operations at Fusion Paperboard, managing significant operational shutdowns and negotiations. Additionally, Andrea has a strong foundation in production management from earlier roles at VIBCO Vibrators and horse training experience from Kenney Hill Farm. Educational credentials include an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Management from Rhode Island College, alongside an AS in Equine Science from Centenary University.
