Paul Steinhilber has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Paul began their career as a Co-Manager at Little Caesar's Pizza, Inc in 1991, and then worked as a General Manager at Borders Books from 1992 to 2007. During this time, they gained valuable management experience.

Currently, Paul serves as the Director of HR Operations at Lucas Milhaupt since February 2023. Paul also holds the professional certifications of PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional).
