Annie Roos is an experienced accessibility professional currently serving as the Accessibility Program Specialist at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art since September 2023. Previously, Roos held various educational roles, including Associate Educator for School and Teacher Programs at the Skirball Cultural Center and Educator at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Additional roles include Education Consultant at The Huntington, Access Educator at the American Folk Art Museum, and Access Teaching Artist at the Rubin Museum of Art. Roos began a career in arts education as an adjunct educator at SFMOMA and a teaching artist at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, following a residency as a DIY Artist at the Children's Creativity Museum. Roos holds a Master's degree in Disability Studies from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art from Skidmore College.
