Shalyn Ferdinand

Shalyn Ferdinand is currently the Communications & Community Outreach Manager at Gender Equity in Media Society Vancouver. In the past, Shalyn has held roles such as Communications & EDI Consultant at Touché PR, Instructor at Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts, and Project Coordinator at YVR Creative. Shalyn holds a Certificate in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion from BIPOC TV & Film, a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University, a Diploma in Public Relations from Algonquin College, and various other certificates in Community Studies and Leadership.
