Dean Kier

Dean Kier has a solid background in IT and management roles. Dean started their career as a Computer Specialist for the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1994. Dean then worked as the Manager of Systems Engineering at Diversified Business Communications from 1997 to 2007, where they implemented the SalesLogix customer relationship management system and developed integrated solutions. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the IT Manager at Lucas Tree Expert Co, Inc, managing Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP, as well as creating custom data integrations. Following this, they worked as an IT Solutions Sales Engineer at Oxford Networks from 2013 to 2014, designing solutions based on customer needs. Currently, they are the IT Director at Lucas Tree Expert Co, Inc, leading the development, deployment, and enhancement of custom mobile applications, coordinating the integration of mobile data collection, and working closely with internal customers on implementation and integration with cloud-based solutions.

Dean Kier obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. This educational journey took place from 1992 to 1996.
