Desmond Lin

Desmond Lin is an experienced Lighting Technical Director at Lucasfilm with a tenure beginning in September 2013, contributing to major projects including "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker," "Ready Player One," and "Jurassic World Dominion." Prior to this role, Desmond served as a VFX Artist at The Moving Images Company and completed a 3D VFX Apprenticeship at Lucasfilm Singapore. Additional experience includes positions as a 3D Generalist at DRAWIZ Singapore, Freelance Graphic Designer at JUMP Productions, Multimedia Designer at Eureka Campaign Associates Pte Ltd, and Multimedia Designer for the Singapore Armed Forces. Desmond holds a WSQ Diploma in Digital Visual Effects & Animation from 3dsense Media School and a Diploma in Multimedia from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
