Paul Szyarto, JD, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Paul currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Blattner Technologies, a company focused on predictive transformation services and tools in the Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning industry. Prior to this role, Paul was the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at BOSS AI, a company that provides a federated learning solution using distributed data and parallel processing. Paul also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Superwise, a model observability platform for high-scale production ML.

Alongside their corporate roles, Paul has been involved in executive coaching and mentoring as an Executive Coach and Mentor at Mentobo, and as an Executive Coach at The Hero Club. Paul has also held positions in academia, serving as the Faculty Chair and Lecturer for Cyber Security at Ithaca College, and as the Faculty Chair and Lecturer for Data Science at California State University - East Bay.
