EVP Strategic Partnerships at Lucena Research

Eric Davidson has worked in the financial technology industry since 2006. In 2021, they began working as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Neuravest Research, Inc., where they reach out to the marketplace and establishes relationships with alternative data providers, runs channel partnerships, and assists the sales force in commercializing products. From 2012-2021, they were the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Second Phase Research, where they oversaw a financial technology consulting firm and registered investment advisory unit, delivering management services, outsourced business development, technology consulting and quantitative research. From 2006-2012, they were the Vice President of Titan Trading Analytics, where they oversaw customer demonstrations, training sessions, company roadshow at brokerage events across Canada, and the beta launch of products for firms in New York and Chicago. Eric also supervised, coached, and mentored teams that included three research analysts, two sales professionals, one quantitative analyst, and four lateral reports consisting of engineers and product managers. One of their key accomplishments was recruiting and mentoring a senior financial technology executive that later became the CEO of the firm.

Eric Davidson has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, English from The University of Georgia. In 2020, they completed a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Positive Psychology: Character, Grit and Research Methods, Positive Psychology Specialization Project: Design Your Life for Well-being, Positive Psychology: Applications and Interventions, Positive Psychology: Martin E. P. Seligman’s Visionary Science, and Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills. Eric has also obtained certifications from Udacity in EP245 - How to Build a Startup, from Tableau Software in Tableau 6.1 Core Certified - Data Visualization Enterprise Software, from CMT Association, Inc. in Chartered Market Technician - (CMT), and from FINRA in Series 65.
