Kristen Triba

Kristen Triba has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Kristen began their career as a Health Care Initiatives Intern at GE in 2006. Kristen then worked at Deloitte as a Data Quality & Integrity Consultant and later as an Enterprise Risk & Consulting Project Manager. In 2010, they joined Medtronic as a Global Corporate Audit Manager, where they earned recognition for their work in data analytics and received the Covidien Corporate Audit Outstanding Contributor Award. Triba then joined C&S Wholesale Grocers in 2013 and held various roles, including Manager of Procurement Solutions & Optimization, Manager of End to End Supply Chain, and Senior Director of Retail Technology. At C&S, they led teams dedicated to CRM and CX improvement, developed and executed Salesforce/CRM strategies, managed relationships with external partners, and led customer feedback survey processes. In 2021, Triba worked at Accenture as a Customer Experience & Service Transformation Leader before taking on a new position as the Director of Transformation at Lucet in 2022. In 2023, they became the Director of Product Management at Lucet.

Kristen Triba holds an MBA in Accounting Information Systems/Information Assurance from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in English and Business from the same university. Alongside their formal education, Kristen has obtained various certifications including a Product Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2023, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2019, and a FMI Food Retail Leadership Certificate from the Food Marketing Institute in 2018. Moreover, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2018, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) in 2012. Kristen has also completed the Trailhead program offered by Trailhead.
