Soukie Chanhdara

Soukie Chanhdara, M.Ed., SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Soukie currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Management at Lucet. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Learning & Development at North Memorial Health, where they led the development of learning and development strategies and programs for three employers within the healthcare system. Soukie also worked as a Program Manager of Learning & Professional Development at RSM US LLP, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for audit professionals. Soukie has also held leadership positions at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and YMCA of the USA, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and recruitment. Soukie has a strong background in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and training program management. Soukie's earlier work experience includes roles in HR generalist and paralegal positions.

Soukie Chanhdara, M.Ed., SHRM-SCP (she/her/hers), holds a Masters of Education degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Soukie also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Northern State University, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in Women's Studies from North Carolina State University during the period of 1997 to 1998. In addition to their academic achievements, they are also certified as a SHRM-SCP by SHRM.
